We Won Again!

For the second year in a row we have been named a Top 50 Franchise by Franchise Business Review. This is a very prestigious award and we are very proud of the whole organization, as this is not just a “franchisor award”, it’s a “franchise system award”. The award is based on an annual survey of franchise owners and is benchmarked against the franchise industry.

We could not achieve this recognition without great franchise owners who dedicate their lives and commit so much time and money to their businesses. We have so many wonderful franchise owners and we have deep admiration and gratitude for all they do to run great businesses, provide exceptional care for our students and represent OTA in their markets.

We are also blessed to have a terrific franchise support team, led by Mark Patrick, VP of Franchise Support, and Tony Harkey, VP Marketing who work daily with the franchisees to help them build and execute strategies to grow successful businesses. Training and Development is also an essential part of any great franchise business, and Drew Cartwright, Senior Director of Training and Development, and his team provide tremendously valuable training and guidance to our network, continuously raising the bar to help every employee across the network perform their functions.

This award also is the result of fantastic education content and instructor development and resourcing; IT systems, innovations and support; accounting and finance programs and assistance; marketing campaigns and resources – and all the other support functions that touch our centers and students every day!

The FBR Top 50 Franchises is just one of many awards we have recently won, including: FBR Top Innovative Franchises, Orange County Top Workplaces (five years in a row!), Certified Great Places to Work; and many more are coming. These rewards reflect positively on our Certified B Corp designation – we are one of only about 2,700 companies in the world to achieve this recognition!
