Student Support is our Mission
At Online Trading Academy, we are committed to helping you achieve your financial education goals. To that end, we have an entire team of support personnel who are willing and able to help you at every stage of the journey.
The first person you will meet is your Enrollment Specialist who will assist with goal setting and education planning, then your Student Support Specialist will assist with onboarding and supporting any questions you have as you navigate each course.
You’ll meet your instructor either in-person or virtually depending on how you take the classes. Their role is to explain and break down the concepts and help you build skill.
Our iSupport team will help reinforce and answer content-related questions after class and in additional learning sessions. All the while, our Customer Care team is there to offer tech support via email, phone and chat.
