Special Shout-Out to Ron & Jose

When I arrive to work in the morning, I notice the well-tended grounds and the cleanliness and aesthetics of the OTA offices. I feel welcomed and at home. I know the functionality and appearance of our facility doesn’t just happen. It is the result of hard work by many, especially our Facility Manager, Ron Rhine and Maintenance Technician, Jose Pineda.

For the last few months as OTA grows leaps and bounds, the reminders of their dedication and hard work have been even more apparent. From preparing and arranging new offices, painting and repainting walls, assembling and installing furniture, and overseeing office and property repairs to setting up and taking down classrooms, managing the parking lots, and helping with building and maintenance needs, their work does not go unnoticed.

On behalf of OTA, I extend our deepest appreciation to Ron and Jose for all that they do. Not only do they keep the OTA offices and surrounding areas functional, they keep our facility beautiful. Ron and Jose set an inspiring example for all of us, one in which I am grateful.

When you run into Ron and/or Jose in the halls, please take the time to thank them for their hard work and let them know how much they are appreciated.
