Breakfast of Champions

In honor of National Employee Appreciation Day, I had the great pleasure along with the OTA C-Team, to serve up a delicious breakfast of champions--fluffy buttermilk pancakes, maple sausage, breakfast potatoes and love—to our amazing and talented employees. It was an incredible event that I am proud to be a part of, even in my own personal apron (see photos below). Not only do our employees embody the mission of our organization, they go above and beyond to help our students, franchises and company succeed. We wouldn’t be where we are today without their great contribution. I am eternally grateful.

The success of our students, franchisees and company is indeed built on everyone's hard work and determination, but it is also built on our culture where each and every person at OTA weaves our core values into everything they do. From love, passion and collaboration to innovation, respect and trustworthiness, OTA is leading the way in financial education worldwide, enriching the lives of students, franchisees, and employees alike…one day at a time, one person at a time, one hug at a time.

It is our goal to continue our great culture, as well as create a community where everyone feels appreciated, supported and valued. For a company is only as strong as its people. As a coach and record holder of eleven NBA titles, Phil Jackson knows, "The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team." 

We are so grateful for the continued dedication and commitment that our employees have shown us. Their focus and enthusiasm to offering the best support and education for our students  is what makes OTA such an incredible place to work. Together we are making a difference every day in every way.
